As we reflect on 2024, we’re filled with pride and gratitude for the meaningful connections we’ve built and strengthened in the Dublin community. STEM Innovation Day

In celebration of altafiber’s first customer in Dublin, we teamed up with the City of Dublin and local organizations to combine the power of STEM education with the spirit of the community in a fun-filled afternoon that ceremoniously launched our fiber services throughout Dublin. Mayor Amorose Groomes spliced a fiber strand, a foam cannon and Kona Ice Truck provided a fun atmosphere, and students from across Dublin got their hands on coding and drones.

Celebrating Community Achievements

We were honored to support the Dublin Chamber’s Community Champion Awards and Corporate Charity Cup, highlighting the incredible individuals and organizations that make Dublin thrive. These events showcased the spirit of collaboration and generosity that defines this community.

Festive Moments and Family Fun

Fourth of July: altafiber was proud to celebrate Dublin's independence festivities, participating in the parade and joining residents in celebrating the holiday.
Spooktacular: We handed out candy to hundreds of smiling faces, helping to make this Halloween tradition even sweeter.
Mayor's Tree Lighting: Our glow sticks brought a little extra sparkle to the event, lighting up the night as families gathered to ring in the holiday season.

Supporting Education and Leadership

We’re thrilled to share that our own Eric Farrell (Marketing and Community Engagement), was appointed to the Dublin City Schools’ Business Advisory Board. Through this role, Eric contributes to shaping a future-ready generation of leaders.

Driving Innovation and Connection

This year, we collaborated with local leadership at the Intelligent Community Forum’s Smart City Symposium, aligning our shared vision for Dublin as a hub of innovation and connectivity. Additionally, we engaged with Envision Dublin’s community outreach efforts, supporting initiatives that drive inclusivity and forward-thinking development.
