altafiber works hard to keep your costs as low as possible while delivering an affordable and reliable product. Like many products and services, the cost to do business increases every year. altafiber absorbs as much of the cost increases as possible to minimalize the amount passed along to our customers
I thought my services were under contract?
When you signed a contract for your services, you received a price for the initial term. When your initial contract term expired, your rate automatically renewed for a 12-month period (renewal term). altafiber Telephone's Service Terms and Conditions allow for rate changes during this renewal period.

How much is my bill increasing?
Your individual increase(s) will depend on the product(s) you have on your account. The details of your increase were outlined in the letter your received.
When will I see the rate increase(s)?
Depending on when your bill prints, the increase will appear on your January or February billing statement.
