*Promotional offers listed on the altafiber emails are limited-time offers available only to qualified new residential customers. Availability is determined by the service address and is not available in all areas. Customers must purchase new 1Gbps or 2Gbps internet service online or through a chat agent to qualify for a gift card. Modem lease is optional for Internet-only service but required with TV and costs $10.99 per month. TV service requires a set-top box, which costs $8.99 per month. Each additional box costs $5 per month. When service is purchased online, activation of 1 Gbps internet service is eligible for a $100 gift card and activation of 2 Gbps internet service is eligible for a $200 gift card. To be eligible, customers must purchase new 1Gbps or 2Gbps internet service online or through a chat agent and pay a minimum of $74.99 for 1Gbps internet or $104.99 for 2Gbps internet (before eBill), maintain service for at least 60 days, and be in good standing eligibility. After 60 days of installation and successful completion of the rebate form, the customer will be emailed a redemption code.
